The 2011 Formula Renault 3.5 got off to a stellar start at Motorsport Aragon, when débutantes Alexander Rossi and Kevin Korjus claimed early victories.
Another win and a podium for Romain Grosjean went a very long way to sealing the title for the DAMS pilot. With two rounds remaining, the French / Swiss pilot led the field by 25 points; however his DAMS squad still lingered behind Barwa Addax in the Teams’ Championship. Stefano Coletti opened his victory account thanks to a stunning drive in the Sprint Race.
